Frequently Asked Questions
Will the 500-count bulk pack actually reduce clutter compared to fresh lemons?
Yes. One slim box of pre-measured packets replaces a bowl of fresh lemons, a citrus juicer, and a half-empty bottle of juice, freeing up valuable counter and fridge space.
Is the ingredient list short enough to fit a clean-label kitchen?
Yes. TRUE LEMON features a short, recognizable ingredient list built around real lemon oil and juice, with no artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
Can I store the box neatly inside a pantry drawer or cabinet?
Absolutely. The compact box fits easily in a drawer, on a pantry shelf, or inside a kitchen caddy alongside spices and other dry goods for a tidy, intentional look.
Do the packets help me follow a less-is-more approach to cooking?
Yes. Two packets equal one tablespoon of lemon juice, so you can replace a bulky bottle of juice with a single shelf-stable product and reduce packaging in your kitchen.
Is this a smart swap for someone pursuing a zero-waste home?
Yes. Using pre-portioned packets eliminates the food waste from unused lemon halves, and the box is fully recyclable, helping you cut down on organic waste overall.
I'm redesigning my kitchen around neutral tones. Will the packaging disrupt that aesthetic?
The packaging is understated and easy to decant into a neutral jar or tray, so the packets themselves stay out of sight while your countertop remains calm and uncluttered.
Can I use this in place of a bottle of lemon juice on my baking station?
Yes. The standardized 2-packet-to-1-tablespoon conversion lets you replace bottled juice in baking, marinades, and dressings without measuring or guessing.
Will one product really cover water, tea, and recipe needs without adding more items?
Yes. TRUE LEMON is designed as a single, multi-use lemon substitute, replacing fresh lemons, bottled juice, and flavored drink mixes with one streamlined pantry staple.
How does this compare to keeping a bottle of lemon juice in the fridge?
A bottle of juice takes up fridge space, has a shorter shelf life once opened, and often contains preservatives, while TRUE LEMON stays shelf-stable, portioned, and additive-free.
How does it compare to a fancy electric citrus juicer on the counter?
An electric juicer adds another appliance to store and clean, while TRUE LEMON packets deliver the same lemon flavor instantly with no setup, parts, or maintenance.
What is the difference between TRUE LEMON and a generic lemon-flavored powder?
Generic lemon powders often rely on artificial flavoring and maltodextrin, while TRUE LEMON is made from real cold-pressed lemon oil and juice for a cleaner, more authentic taste.
My hesitation is that 'crystallized' sounds overly processed. Is it actually simple?
The patented process simply uses real lemon oil and juice that have been crystallized for shelf stability, with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives added.
Will a 500-count pack feel excessive for a small minimalist household?
Because each packet replaces a lemon wedge or splash of juice, even a small household can use them daily for water, tea, and cooking, and the long shelf life means nothing goes to waste.
I'm worried the packets will tear or leave residue in my clean pantry setup.
Each packet is individually sealed and dry, so they store cleanly without leaking or leaving sticky residue, and they dispense in seconds without any mess.
How do I use TRUE LEMON packets in water, tea, and recipes?
For water, tear one packet into a glass or bottle and stir. For hot or iced tea, stir one packet into your brewed tea as a fresh-squeezed substitute. In recipes, use 2 packets for every 1 tablespoon of lemon juice called for, or 1 packet to mimic the brightness of a lemon wedge.
How much lemon juice does one packet equal in cooking and baking?
One packet equals approximately one lemon wedge of juice, while two packets equal one tablespoon of lemon juice, giving you an easy, standardized swap for bottled juice or fresh lemons in any recipe.
Can I use TRUE LEMON in baking, marinades, and salad dressings?
Yes. TRUE LEMON dissolves fully in both wet and dry ingredients, so it works as a direct replacement for lemon juice in baked goods, marinades for meat and vegetables, vinaigrettes, and sauces without altering texture.
Will these packets fit in a standard water bottle, shaker, or kids' lunchbox?
Yes. Each packet is small, flat, and lightweight, so it fits easily into water bottles, protein shakers, lunchboxes, gym bags, carry-on bags, and most kitchen drawers without taking up extra space.
Is this product compatible with keto, paleo, gluten-free, and vegan diets?
Yes. TRUE LEMON is non-GMO, allergen-free, gluten-free, kosher, and vegan, with 0g sugar, 0g carbs, 0g calories, and 0g sodium per packet, making it compatible with keto, paleo, low-calorie, and most other dietary lifestyles.
What is included in the 500-count bulk pack and what should I buy separately?
The box contains 500 individually sealed TRUE LEMON crystallized lemon packets. No additional accessories, equipment, or ingredients are required, though you can pair them with your own water bottle, tea, or recipes.
How long do the packets last, and do they need to be refrigerated?
Each packet is sealed for a 24-month shelf life and does not require refrigeration. Store the box in a cool, dry place such as a pantry, drawer, or cabinet for best results.
Is the product safe for people with allergies or sensitivities?
TRUE LEMON is allergen-free, gluten-free, and contains no artificial sweeteners, colors, or preservatives, making it suitable for most people with common food sensitivities, though you should always review the ingredient list for personal triggers.
What is the difference between TRUE LEMON packets and bottled lemon juice?
Bottled lemon juice often contains preservatives, has a shorter shelf life once opened, and requires refrigeration, while TRUE LEMON packets are shelf-stable for 24 months, pre-portioned, and made from real cold-pressed lemon oil and juice with no additives.
